Atlantic Arts Academy owner/director is slated to host a new TV Show called, “Recreating A Legend” which will air in 60 countries and launch here in the US on the new Billboard Channel. The show is a global talent competition that takes singing contestants from all over the world who compete for one spot on a legendary group. The show begins taping in mid-August through December.

Mr. Frank will also be assistant directing a new original musical entitled “Greenwood – The Musical” starring Jarrod Emmick (Tony Award Winner for Damn Yankees) and Andrea McCardle (Broadway Cast of Annie). The musical is in the final stages of development and will be headlining The New York Musical Theater Festival (NYMF). Mr. Frank will work alongside fellow former Blue Man Group cast member, Paul Stancato, who is directing the project. The musical is written and conceived by Tor Hyams and Adam Lebow and has already had a workshop performance at The Arena Stage in LA to rave reviews. Frank will head to New York from September 15th – October 15th.

ADDED MUSICAL THEATER CLASSES AND MUSICAL THEATER COMPANY

This year’s fall schedule will include expanded Musical Theater Dance Classes as well as Musical Theater Repertoire classes. Dance Classes will consist of training in staging and acting for musical theater and Repertoire Classes will consist of a variety of selections from the last 50 years of Musical Theater

Additionally, AMTC, a weekly musical theater intensive youth company class willl be expanded to include training in voice, dance and acting including choreography, staging and repertoire. Enrollment is by audition only. AMTC Youth Company will culminate in a production of “Alice In Wonderland”, the classic musical version of Lewis Carroll’s famous children’s book. Performances will occur in April at The Atlantic Theater with possible additional performance at The Eissey Campus Theater. Classes will be taught by Elizabeth Casalini, Frank Licari, Lindsey Blount, Pam Petersen and Aldona Villci.

YOUTH MUSICAL ENSEMBLE COMPANY – ROCK BAND
A weekly Rock Band Ensemble which will include training in ensemble playing, ear training, sight reading, rhythm and melody, sound setup and much more. Students will work on Pop, Blues, Rock and Folk from the past 50 years. They will perform in regular showcases at Atlantic Arts Academy as well as various venues around the area.

Ages: 8-18
Tuition: $130/month plus materials fee
