Ms. Mocogni has her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Rollins College and her Master of Music in Piano Performance, Applied Piano and Piano Pedagogy from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

She is a winner of the Florida State Music Teachers Association (FSMTA) Scholarship Auditions and awarded Charmbury Music Scholarship Award at Rollins College. Additionally, she was awarded The Harry Schwindt Outstanding Pianist award and performed her graduate recital with the Florida State Symphony Orchestra in 1987.

She began teaching in 1995 with The Music Arts School in Illinois and has taught for Jupiter Academy and Atlantic Arts Academy since 2006.
